Exchange & Return Policy
Any product purchased from the AMMARA KHAN e-store cannot be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances. In the rare scenario where a faulty, damaged or incomplete ready-to-wear item is delivered, you may always contact our customer care team, within 24 hours of receiving your order, who will facilitate you with an Online Store Credit option or refund the amount, once the article is received back at our warehouse and checked by our Quality Assurance team. Upon approval of the refund request, please be advised that the refund will be processed within a span of 21 working days. Please note that no customer request will be entertained after 24 hours of receipt of the order by the customer. Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the exchange of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Please note that your order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 5% of the paid amount and the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. After 24 hours no refunds are offered.
ONLINE STORE CREDIT
Online Store Credit is created by the customer care team which is used to shop anything of the same value from the e-store. It is of the same value of the product that is being returned minus the shipping cost.
Online Store Credit is valid for 30 days after its generation.
MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM STITCHED OUTFITS
Please note that Made to Order/Custom stitched outfits cannot be returned / exchanged / refunded.
SALE ARTICLES
Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
AMMARA KHAN is not liable to refund the amount in the below event.

If the parcel is held by the Customs department of the destination country, the customer is responsible for providing all relevant documentation to the authorities. AMMARA KHAN is not liable to refund the amount in the event of non-clearance of the parcel. If the custom duty charges are denied, the parcel will be discarded and order amount will not be refunded.

If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, AMMARA KHAN is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount.
SHIPMENT AND DELAYS:
AMMARA KHAN strives to meet all estimated delivery timelines; however, please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Standard Delays: Domestic and International shipments may experience transit delays (typically 5–7 working days) due to customs processing, carrier logistics, or high-volume periods.
- Material Adverse Events: We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control that constitute a material adverse effect on our supply chain or delivery operations. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Acts of God, war, strikes, or pandemics.
- Significant disruptions in global or local logistics networks.
- Unforeseen government actions or customs regulatory changes.
Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMMARA KHAN is not responsible for direct or consequential damages resulting from such delays.
While we endeavor to keep our patrons informed, we are not obligated to provide individual notifications for standard transit fluctuations across all payment methods.
CONFLICT ADDENDUM:
Delays resulting from regional conflicts, including but not limited to Middle Eastern airspace closures or maritime disruptions, are considered Force Majeure; such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or immediate refund.
